So far it is working really well running it in compatibility mode.

Thanks a lot!

Linda

Could you try running dchip in the compatible mode, e.g.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/10436/using-program-compatibility-mode-in-windows-7/

Thank you.

Dear Cheng,

I do actually have another thing I would like to ask about, but still related to dChip.

I am currently running the version you recommended (Apr 13 2010), but encountered a problem when moving over to Windows 7 from XP (both 64-bit). I get a “Not responding” message when I have a matrix uploaded, and the data keeps on reloading on my screen, usually until I focus another open window. I see the same thing on two different computers and I also know that others are having the same problem.

Are you planning on updating the current version to be more compatible with Windows 7 and/or do you have any suggestion to what might be the problem?

Thanks,

Linda
