Export probe Set ?

Hi Cheng,

Thank you for such a prompt reply to my last questions !

I had a small question, that what data do we have when we normalize
the arrays and click on Export probe set. I can see each probe set
with every other probe set, is that correct ? Also what is it actually
trying to tell us ?

I guess the Export Expression value xls file just show the intensity
of the genes in each array. And ideally how many rows does one expect,
say if I am working with Affymetrix E.coli antisense array ?

Arshi,

"Export probe set" will export probe level data, unnormalized or
normalized, that can be analyzed in other software such as R.

"Export expression" will export gene level expression values. For
E.coli it may output several thousand rows for all the probe sets.
