I'm using dChipSNP to do LOH analysis. I think the HMM parameter
length has a unit of bases. Therefore, the default of HMM Length
10,000 corresponds to 10kb. Is this correct?

thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

The HMM length here means 10,000 consecutive SNPs that will be run for HMM.
