failing the Chr analysis sauit softwear QC

i am working on Cytoscan array, in each experiment i have failed samples in QC check and some passed in same experiment. I am running different samples and some are comparing tumor with normal sample, although, there are failed QC checking even for normal samples. where would be the problem? FMI, we started the experiment almost 250ng/ul for 5 ul
