more statistical options

Dear Dr. Li

I have made suggestions several days ago. I felt that dChip is one of
the most user-friendly software.
However, one drawback is that the options of statistical methods are
relatively limited
Is it possible that you can add more to the software? Such as SAM, or
some nonparametric analysis?

Dr. Yen,

Thank you for the valuable suggestions. We will keep these in mind,
but we don't have immediate plans to incorporate these standard
methods; for now you may export data from dChip and use with other
software such as GenePattern, SAM or Bioconductor.
