Dear Friends,

I am writing to ask for your opinion on the title of my new book, to be published in August, 2010 by Berret-Koehler.  The working title is, "Green Deen: How American Muslims Go Green."  My publishers would like to test a few other options before we all sit down and make a final decision.  I would really love your thoughts.

Below is a link to a short survey, due by 3PM on Thursday, October 29th.  The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and asks you to rank and comment on a series of titles.

Here’s a summary of the book:

I attempt to illustrate the synergies between Islam and environmentalism.  I also hope to offer Muslim Americans practical steps for going green that simultaneously align personal and community practices with aspirations for a better world.  The book is a compilation of community successes, scholarly interviews, and familial anecdotes.
