Event Details for Banquet Attendees

Banquet attendees,

We're excited to see you tonight at the banquet. The venue is located at the National Union Building at 918 F St. NW, Washington, DC 20004. 

A cocktail reception for alumni will begin at 8:00 PM and go until 9:00 PM. At 9:00 PM, undergrads will begin arriving at the venue as well and the full festivities will officially begin.

The alumni cocktail reception will be held in the 4th Floor South Room (4S) of the venue. Signage in the entryway will point you in the right direction. Upon entering 4S, you (and your +1 if you have one) will be checked in and receive a 21+ wristband. Please bring your ID. 

Starting at 9:00 PM, the 4th Floor North Room (4N) will open as well and be the main room of the evening's festivities. 4S will remain open throughout, and the 3rd Floor North Room (3N) will be open and feature games and additional couches. While passed hors d'oeuvres will be served at the event, we do recommend having dinner before arriving. 

To summarize event spaces: 

4N: Main space. DJ, dancing, food, bars, remarks at 10:15 and 11:30. 

4S: Lower-key space. Memorabilia, bar, food, speaker music. Alumni cocktail reception located here. 

3N: Game room with additional couches. 

Feel free to move about these as you choose for the duration of the event, but note we will encourage everyone to gather in 4th Floor North Room for brief remarks at 10:15 and 11:30 PM.
