Gents,
I hope you all enjoyed the start of a happy and healthy holiday season last weekend. I have some exciting news to share about an event this spring that we'd like you to start penciling in on your calendars.
This April, our chapter will reach the 10-year anniversary of receiving our charter. To celebrate our astounding greatness, we are throwing a weekend of events in DC from Friday to Sunday, highlighted by a black tie-optional banquet for undergrads, alumni, and their significant others on Saturday, April 22, 2017.
We want you to be there to celebrate. Consider this your official Save The Date notice.
Matt Hamblin (Chapter Counselor) and I (AVC President, lol) are leading an Organizing Committee of undergrads and various alumni (ranging from Jon "The Bear" Ouellette, '07 to Andrew Arbeeny, '15) to plan and execute the weekend of revelry, and we have already reached out to a handful of our contemporaries.
On that front, we’re excited to share that more than 40 alumni are already in. We have commitments from brothers representing every graduating class from 2007 to 2016, and brothers coming into DC from cities all across the country -- from San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, and NYC, to name a few. We want you to be there too.
