Thanks to all the parents and kids that turned out for the clinics this
year. I hope everyone enjoyed it. I certainly enjoyed doing it. Thanks
also to the Eagles players for helping out.

Hopefully we can more pics and a description of the games up on
www.dcfootykids.blogspot.com.

I'm hoping to work with the Eagles to run another free clinic in the fall.
I'm also thinking about having an AFL Grand Final Party at our house on the
last Saturday in September - we will order some meat pies and some sausage
rolls and show a tape of the previous night's game. Next year, I'm planning
to run another free clinic in the Spring and then 3 Saturday morning
clinics/games in the summer - late June/early July time frame.

In the Fall I'm planning two school visits - one to TJ's Middle School and
one to Patrick Henry. I'm hoping that Mr. Belk will have me back in the
Spring for a session in his flag football program. If anyone has
connections to other schools, sports clubs or community groups that might be
interested in learning about Australian football let me know.
