Growing an Herb Garden in the DMV

Join Molly Meehan Brown founder of Wild Ginger Herbal Center for this free class all about growing an herb garden in the DC, Maryland, & Virginia Metro Area Bio-Region.
Whether you are a backyard or community gardener we will lay the foundations of growing medicinal plants in our bio-region. This class is oriented to folks growing gardens in ground, raised beds, and will also include options for container gardening.
Class will be 1 hour and recording will be live only.
During this class you'll learn:
- Herbs that grow well in our region
- Basic medicinal qualities of each herb
- How to choose which herbs to grow
- Basic garden design considerations
