Learn everything you need to know to successfully grow food in DC
The DUG (DC Urban Gardener) Network is hosting (4) online courses throughout the 2026 growing season to teach everything needed to successfully grow food in DC. Each course is (8) online classes long, meets virtually on Tuesdays 6-8pm, and will include online lectures and small group discussion. The timing of most class topics coincide with when the knowledge is needed in the growing season. The second DUG Urban Growing course: Planting and Growing Urban Gardens is open for registration. The class recordings for the first course “Planning and Building Urban Gardens” are still available at the same link.

***It’s okay if participants can't make every class. Any missed classes can be made up by watching the recording and completing the class assignment. ***
