Dreaming Out Loud runs the only drive-through market in the District, providing a truly innovative and inclusive market, which allows all residents to attend regardless of mobility or health concerns. DOL also accepts, and will double SNAP and all DC nutrition vouchers including Produce Plus, WIC and FMNP up to $10 while funding lasts.
