Dear Parent; Grandparents and supporters,
(( EDUCATION )) So you think you are an ADVOCATE for change in family law.
If you cannot answer the following questions, TAKE ACTION and then you need to do your research and or build local research and support groups.
Get Started with this outline and build support for State wide community efforts to defeat public servants and Judicial members over reaching into legislative bodies. The best thing you can do is educate others to take action. Educate others to prepare testimony and have the proper number of copies ready for Committee Hearings. Provide boiler plate emails that make it easy for people to take action including contact information for representatives.
Here is a basic outline of what to know and look for as you learn to take action:
1. Can you identify where your State’s statutes concerning family are located on line?
2. Can you locate your state’s Rules of Civil Procedure are on line?
3. Can you identify where your State’s Rules of Evidence are on line?
4. Can you identify where your local county rules are online?
5. Do you know where to find your own docket on line?
6. Can you identify the Amendment of the U.S. Constitution that places the right to decide matters of the family solely with the states?
7. Do you know the difference between a fundamental right and a Constitutional right?
8. Do you know who your State Senator and State House Representatives are? And where to find their contact information within the General Assembly of your State?
9. Can you identify the exact language within your State law that is the problem?
10. Can you present the problem to legislators and get their support without talking about your own case?
11. Do you know the difference between the two types of child support?
12. Do you know how federal incentives really work and what they really give the states money for?
13. Do you read case law and do you know where to find it online?
14. Do you know what questions will be asked of you by a legislator if you propose a change in family?
15. Do you know how to defeat the opposition’s stance when they bring it up?
16. Can you Identify the opposition and their funding sources?
17. Can you expose how the opposition profits from abusing families?
18. Can you discredit the oppositions actions and past testimony?
19. Can you build public support and public outcry for your efforts?
20. Can you document and demand investigations into funding abuses by opposition to your groups public demands?
21. Can you expose insurance and bonding abuses by BAR Associations and other friends of the courts and public servants profiting from abuse families?
22. Do you know how to file proper Statement of Charges and request for ethics investigation?
23. Do you know how to expose lobbyist and ethics violations?
24. Do you know how to track and expose campaign funding?
25. Can you build a criminal case against the oppositions as a "collective group"?
Answer no to any of these questions and you need to get better organized and build research and support groups to take legislative action. DO NOT STOP your efforts, build obtainable goals everyday and keep making progress to building your Bill support. Many opposition groups will try to discredit and fragment your efforts do not let them. Do not let this list slow you down, you will learn as you proceed past the legislative process. Remember those in power will use many dirty tricks to defeat attacks on funding sources to their friends. NEVER stop public efforts until the Office of the Governor is overwhelmed with public outcry. In many cases opposition might lose in the house and Senate but has strong lobby ties with the Governor's office and blocks the Bill with a veto. Do not allow this to happen.
There shall be a rebuttable presumption of equal parenting. Absent truthful abuse, neglect and abandonment it is the child's human right to access all loving family members. On David Carlin's FB page

I just asked Atty. Susan Cou$INeau at the hearing to resign herself from
the child custody task force as she is not fir to be there and on 1/28/14

or it could be the Principal House whom she brought into Juvenile Court who
falsely testified against me and perjured himself with his empty made up lies.
The Westbrook BOE saw through this(with other complaints from other parents too)
and fired him in 2012 mid school year and I made my complaint about him in Jan. 2006. He was so abusive towards me just for asking for writing help for my child?
