Dear Parents and supporters from everywhere,

  We are inviting everyone who wants to testify, watch, interview us at this

amazing event at our Legislative Office Building tomorrow at 10AM in Room 2C

the Care & Custody of Minor Children Public Hearing LOB Room 2C

   We want you there for your speech, (you can bring at least 15 copies for the task force members) support and most of all for our children.

You can also send in a written (as much as you want to write and it will on public record to view on cga.ct.gov website) interview (speech is limited to 3 minutes) to  jud.te...@cga.ct.gov 

about very the important subject of our children and what you have experienced in Family Court.

Point of interest would be to say what changes you want in our Family, Juvenile and child support courts; as they are all Family Law Courts where Judges make decisions on custody and alter our Family life.

Where must hold all officers of these courts to the highest accountability of the land. 

Have your read the Canon Law- code of Judicial Conduct, yes they have rules too.

ONLY WE CAN CHANGE THE SYSTEM

The signs up to testify will start at 8:30am and we will be holding a meeting in the main

dining Hall at 8AM and there will also be a group photo for Parent Leaders being taken in front of the LOB  at 9AM

We have received confirmation that both national investigative and Connecticut local news media will be in attendance and covering this important event at the Legislative Office Building on January 9th.

 

We have organized hundreds of parents and children of divorce to come speak, testify and present their own individual horror stories of family court abuses.

 

We expect hundreds, if not thousands, of parents, grandparents, children of divorce, progressive family law attorneys, GALs and mental health professionals to be in attendance to shine a bright light into how broken, corrupt and abusive our state’s “family” court system is and has become, and to illustrate how our courts are routinely financially devastating parents, jailing parents, and keeping children from seeing their parents, for no valid reason and unless they pay – as a matter of standard court practice and policy – all so that a very small group of elite divorce industry players can personally profit and enrich themselves from unnecessarily prolonging the suffering of children and families.

 

The attached flyer is being distributed by dozens of citizen and parent volunteers across our state and outside of our courthouses.
