Dear 'US Concerned Parents' support group,
Members, Families and Children,

My weekly newsletter of resources to help you through the
dilemma of dealing with the bad behavior
(how they kiss up to you at first then when they are ready to steal
your children, they drop a bomb of illegalities on you) of CPS/DCF.
I deal with Juvenile Court Matters, especially.
If you need me to advocate in matters of DCF/CPS
please feel free to call me anytime
860-301-1274 Cheryl , your "Judicial Abuse Advocate"
I'm not a lawyer and do not give advice but I have rules for them in my support group, wanna know them, here they are:
1) DO NOT speak to anyone about your baby/children without a witness present besides family and
even then know who you are trusting if a report has been filed.
2) DO NOT let DCF/CPS or government agents in your home without a warrant.
3) DO NOT give  "      "            "              "    any personal information.
4) DO NOT sign anything without researching legal ramifications or having a lawyer inspect it,
as you have the right to refuse all legal documentation by them
5)  DO Document everything to do with DCF/CPS court,
also if you are in FAmily Court ...keep a
running notebook. Also in the same or separate notebook, everything you do for your children.
You can also set up a chronological timeline of events for the court not DCF.
Everything you tell DCF/CPS they will misconstrue it and use it against you

Here are a few links that may be helpful for others in this support group. It is also helpful to learn their lingo. Learn what the WIC codes are as well as read up on your parental rights. Parents have a lot more parental rights than they are being told. They will tell you that their hands are tied and that there is nothing that they can do. Such as if they claim that they cannot give you an extension of your services, they are lying. If they can prove to the judge that by the end of the extension that they child/children would most likely be back with their parents, then they can petition the court for an extension. If they claim that their hands are tied and that there is nothing that they can do about terminating your parental rights, that is a lie also. You can file an appeal due to extenuating circumstances. I did this and I was only asking for a 2 week extension. I won my case and the Judge gave me 3 more months of family services.

Thank you Cheryl Martone for starting this support group, parents and family members need all the support they can get.
