1) Enter your subject marks in excel template (those student were
absent in exam, enter their marks as -1)
For subject code kindly refer Subject Code pdf file provided you in
download document section
After complete your data entry in excel template upload your excel file
2) ATC LOGIN DATA IMPORT MENU MARKS UPLOAD
3) SELECT SUBJECT Select your excel template file by click on
browse button
4) Select excel template click on open
5) Type upload file description and click on upload button
6) You will receive massage after uploading file.
7) You can check your uploaded marks by click on CANDIDATE MENU
UPDATE INTERNAL MARKS-NEW.
8) You can see your status as “D” (if any marks you wrongly
uploaded you can edit (change) marks).
9) After District co-ordninator approval status will changes as “A”
(after approval of DC , you can’t edit marks).
10) Without approval of DC you can’t print student II Sem Mark sheet.

2) SELECT SUBJECT CLICK IN SEARCH DATA BUTTON ENTER STUDENT
MARKS (those student were absent in exam, enter their marks as -1)
SELECT UOPDATE DETAILS CHECK BOX CLICK ON UPDATE DETAILS BUTTON
BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
3) You can see your status as “D” (if any marks you wrongly
uploaded you can edit (change) marks)
4) After District co-ordninator approval status will changes as “A”
(after approval of DC , you can’t edit marks)
5) Without approval of DC you can’t print student II Sem Mark sheet
