Hi all,

Grail Research is hiring across levels (please refer to: http://www.grailresearch.com/Careers/Career_Path.aspx). 2009 graduates from DCE (or any other engineering college) will be considered for an analyst role, while the more senior graduates will be considered for a profile that is in line with their work experience (the more # of years of relevant the work experience, the higher the role) and/or post graduation degree.

Depends on the B school you graduate from - IIMs/ISB get hired at Project Lead or above depending on prior work-ex.

Tier 2 (including FMS, SPJ) at Associate and above depending on work-ex. 

Others at analyst or above.
