Hi,

Regarding the notice that college has given...

Has anyone got some updates?

Do we need to carry some documents while going to college?

It may not be possible for all to come, what then?

Can college say things like "will not be possible to declare results".

Thanks
Santosh

Hi all,
I and some others had spoken to the people from FOT deptt regarding the data validation forms. They said that those who cannot fill the forms by 17th Oct can do it later on(but at the earliest). 17th Oct deadline is not a problem according to them.
To complete the form you should have all your marksheets for verifying the marks of all the semesters. Marks for 1rst, 7th and 8th sems have to be entered in the form and the photocopies of the corresponding marksheets have to be submitted as well. Marks of rest 5 semesters are already printed in the forms and have to be verified. In case of any discrepancy you need to make corrections and submit the photocopy of the marksheet of that particular semester.
Hope this information was useful.
Thanks

To add to radhika, Make sure you take xerox (or original, as per wish) of first 6 semester mark sheets because any sem result may have errors, like mine 4th sem marks were wrong. Apart from mark sheets nothing else is needed.
The guy clearly said me the people who fail to do validation by 17th, their results would be announced on a later date, probably 1-2 months after those who were able to fill validation forms by 17th. I dont think this can be an issue for anyone.
PS: The checking etc is very lax, any junior can be sent to do this small work.
