What is the URL of the instance you tested with?

What is the version of the instance you tested with (copy-paste from
version footer in testing web app)?
Version : 3.0.2-RELEASE ( Hg: default:tip 396:500f6e64a460) ( Build:
2014-06-12 09:38:58 -0400)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select option 'H2 - Normal domain-bound certificate search in DNS' from
Hosting Testcase box.
2. Enter value direct-...@direct.practicesuite.com into Direct Address
box.
3. Press Submit button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a successful validation of the certificate.
The certificate validation fails.

Error seems to be this: 'subjectAltName X509v3 extension dNSName value does
not match: www.direct.practicesuite.com != direct.practicesuite.com'

What version of Direct are you testing, and is it the RI, or a custom
implementation? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

The CN of the above mentioned certificate is direct.practicesuite.com and
the above message indicates that the dcdt is actually checking the
subjectAltName of the certificate, which actually contains two entries,
direct.practicesuite.com and www.direct.practicesuite.com.

We are no longer using the Google Code Project issue tracker, but are now
using the JIRA issue tracker
(http://jira.oncprojectracking.org/browse/DCDT). I have also posted your
issue in the Google group thread here

our response.
