Hi Everyone-

DC ACT is pleased to share with you our latest publication, “What’s in it for kids? CFSA investment in teens exceeds budget portrayal.” This publication looks at how much CFSA spent on older youth (ages 15-21) over FY 2006. You will see that far more is spent on these youth than is reflected in the Teen Services Activity in the Child Welfare Program of the budget.
