Hi Everyone-

The FY 2009 budget markups are happening this week. I am attaching the draft reports from the Committee on Human Services and the Committee on the Whole. These are the reports were presented in the Markup so please note some changes may have occurred in that process and a final report will be issued in the next few weeks.
