Explore the advantages of reintroducing wholesome grains raised and processed in our area for our community. Find out how local grains enhance our local economy. Discover heritage grains grown locally and sustainably for baking, brewing and distilling. Stop by any time between 11 am and 3 pm.

Farmer Lyle Spiesschaert loads his hopper for the trial run of rye and Red Fife wheat last spring.
Dave and Meredith Ferrier of Slow Rise Craft Breads will be showcasing and selling breads created from local grains.
