Anyone keeping a list of ISPs?

There seems to be a question every week about what ISP to use... Has
anyone kept a list of them? Which ones to use, which to avoid, which
use linux, etc?

If not, I would be willing to keep a list, so send info to me
(g...@sddi.com). Put ISP in the SUBJECT. Also state if you work for the
ISP, are a current customer, or a past customer and what service you use
(dial-up, 24/7 dial up, ISDN, T-1, etc)?

If I end up keeping the list, there will be a disclaimer about the
information. I have to ties to any ISP, do not endorse any ISP, or
claim any accuracy of accounts. I will simply be a repository of
information.
