* Designed and implemented relational database, using Paradox 5.0, for new appraisal department
of a major bank, which was complimented by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as the best

* Analyzed and recommended specifications for future purchases that were compatible with the
existing base of hardware and software systems for connectivity, which consisted of mainframes, file
servers, IBM PC's and Wangs. Novell and Banyan were recommended as meeting the specification
standards for networking for future purchases of hardware and software.
* Designed, developed and implemented, in less than one year, the law and appraiser regulatory
program to conform with federally mandated Title XI of Federal Financial Institutions Reform
Recovery Act of 1989 (FIRREA). This work resulted in D.C. and Vermont being the only
Jurisdiction and State, whose laws and programs were recognized as being in compliance with
