Description:
* Develop quality VisualAge SmallTalk code for the
given application utilizing the SmallTalk and OMT
concepts.
* Develop code per the given standards.
* Take direction from the Development Leader.
* Participate in management meetings, object
analysis and design processes, reviews, and
customer meetings when applicable (determined by
Lead).
* Provide overtime when requested.
* Provide informal mentoring to inexperienced
developers.
* Provide testing of code.
Specific Requirements:
* Code productivity; VisualAge SmallTalk
implementation skills; OMT skills.
* Compliance to the standards the 1st time at bat.
* Respect and relationship with Development Leader.
* Value added information/inputs/feedback;
organization of materials; self-preparation.
* Support to meet schedules
* Customers perception of you; making time for
developers.
* Testing skills.
