Description: Client Information Our client is located near Farragut North in Washington, DC. They are looking for a helpdesk analyst to join their group.

Qualifications The qualifications our candidate must possess are as follows: * 1-3 years of experience and must have strong troubleshooting skills * Proficient with Office 2003 and Window 2003 * Experience with a ticketing system

Duties The helpdesk support specialist will provide phone support to internal use res. They will need to troubleshoot outlook, office 2003 and windows 2003. They will be using remedy ticketing systems. Additional Information Start Date: Immediate Duration: long term contract Shift: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
