and structurally near-perfect.

- Folds out into double-size bed; mattress included
- Approximately 59" of seating, 73" long, 31" high, 37" deep
(seats two adults easily, three or even four if friendly)
- Heavy; will take at least two strong people to move
- Asking $100, or best offer by 4/23 afternoon
- MUST remove it before 4/24; DELIVERY/SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE
- Location: Fairfax VA, near Fairfax High School
- Faint pet smell; will include Febreze
