The Partnership is preparing to launch an initiative in California for which we seek a collaborative, motivated, entrepreneurial, and experienced manager. Might you know anyone who would be a good fit?
I attached a brief position description, with the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee California-based initiatives, including shaping project concepts and scope, developing and executing budgets, managing staff, and measuring progress toward stated goals.
- Work closely with partners on the west coast, building and managing relationships with federal agency officials and nonprofit and private sector stakeholders to expand our network.
- Draft grant proposals to gain additional financial support for future work and write periodic foundation reports to document accomplishments, progress, and emerging opportunities.
- Advance the Partnership’s mission, profile and brand by establishing project pipelines, developing prospective initiatives and identifying partners for future work.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging topics and potential areas of organizational growth.
