The Public Safety Testing Coordinator (HR Analyst 2G) is a full-performance level professional and administrative role responsible for assisting with the coordination of the day-to-day aspects of the administration and project management of a wide range of standardized employment testing activities (pre-testing planning, test day administration, post-test procedures, and responding to candidate complaints and appeals) conducted in various testing venues within the County. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the secure delivery and administration of the testing process, including promoting the following focus areas: process compliance, consistency, effectiveness, efficiency, and customer service.

The Assistant Case Manager (HR Analyst II, G21)  aids the BAC Manager in the overall pre-employment process. This position coordinates with various BAC staff and acts as a liaison for all activities related to the pre-employment and background investigation process.

 

The incumbent uses all computer and data systems to provide reports and status updates. Work performance is evaluated by the BAC Manager through job observation, conferences completed reports, projects, and progress towards the division’s goals and objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will possess casework experience in a public or private organization.
