Hello Dear Colleagues,

I'm pleased to announce my workshop Cultivating the Wisdom of the Body is being offered again. It will be held on Zoom, June 11, 18 and 25.

This is a special course for coaches, bodyworkers and other health professionals where you will learn to work with your clients virtually (on Zoom or other video platform) with somatic techniques, practices and self-healing touch.

This workshop covers:

• Beginning understanding of how we are shaped and what that represents
• Somatic placements for release and opening of your client’s body virtually
• Questions and practices to help open the client up to more sensation

We'll also explore:

• How to open energetically through length, width and depth
• Working with the “pulse”, a practice that allows the client to relate to their core contraction and how they do it
• Rituals that enhance the experience for the client
