I'm not sure this will work, but thought it worth a try. I finally took up Luann's suggestion to give Mark Walsh a try. I stumbled on to this session on Sell-Care. (Started by clicking the Facebook link below) If you overlook the long warm up time -15 minutes or so--actually getting the conversation started and his colorful, perhaps offensive to some ,vocabulary, I found his practices for self-care quite practical and useful. Free recordings of his week-long summit are available on his Facebook page.
You are welcome to use this forum as a means of sharing other free resources for promoting embodiment and well being practices.
