.A Zen master in Rinzai Zen, Ginny is the founder and CEO of the Institute for Zen leadership. For more than 25 years she has combined mind, body, and energetic practices in developing whole leaders through Focus Leadership and her affiliation with Mercer and Columbia University .She also co-developed the FEBI (Focus Energy Balance Indicator), a validated personality test linking mind, body and behaviors. Formerly in charge of integrating NASA's Space Station, she holds a doctorate in biophysics, a B.S. in physics, a B.A. in philosophy, as well as a 5th degree black belt in Aikido.
