1. Related to DC Somatic Practice Community Meetings:

   1. Meeting announcements

   2. Responses to meeting announcements

   3. Discussion of somatic practices

   4. Polite conversation, mood checks of fellow classmates and alumni

2. Topics of general interest to list members. For example:

   1. Upcoming visits by Somatic faculty (e.g. Strozzi Institute, Wendy Palmer, Doug Silsbee) to the DC area

   2. Coaching-related events in the DC area
