Hey guys,
Below is the draft email that you can edit and send to your tutors. Please note three things:
1. There is a place at the top to insert the name of the tutor you are emailing. At this point, I feel like we should email tutors individually, but if you do not feel that this is necessary, feel free to delete it.
2. Action Week: Below the action week section, I put a note stating that the Dream Sticker event and You Can't Choose event in Red Square do not count as enrichment events. However, if you do not feel this way or feel that only certain events should count for your tutors, please look at the schedule (just click on the facebook link) and edit that section for your program.
3. I added a deadline that tutors need to get back to us by if they cannot attend any of the events given. Please change the deadline as you see fit.
Don't forget to CC me on all of your emails!

Hi ________,
I have noticed that you have to attend two of this semester's mandatory enrichment sessions.
We consider attendance to these sessions as a requirement of every tutor, and failure to attend them will jeopardize your future as a tutor with the DC Schools Project.
While it is difficult to plan enrichment sessions around the various schedules of the tutors in the program, there are several opportunities in this coming week that can count towards your enrichment requirement:
NOTE: The Dream Sticker Exchange and You Can't Choose events in Red Square will not count as enrichment events. However, we highly recommend that you participate in these activities!
2. Make-Up Just Language Roundtables: Because of requirements with Action Week, this week we will NOT be holding make-up roundtables. Please come to the CSJ the following Tuesday, April 23rd, at 9pm for a make-up session of the Assessment Roundtable and 10pm for a make-up session of the Lesson Planning Roundtable.
If you
CANNOT make any of the above events, you must contact both myself and Neelofer Shaikh (the Campus Outreach Coordinator -
ni...@georgetown.edu) by
Monday, April 22nd at 5pm.
