Dear all, 

You are receiving this email because your organization has confirmed participation in the Student Activities Fair this Saturday (13th of April) during GAAP Weekend. The fair will be held from 12 pm - 2 pm in Red Square. GAAP will provide tables on a first come, first serve basis but you are, of course, more than welcome to bring your own. If you plan to use one of our tables, I strongly suggest you arrive in Red Square at 11:30 am. Feel free to bring music, food, materials, sign-up sheets, organization banners, and anything else you need to attract accepted students!
