Spring Fling Schedule for Tutors

Hey guys,

Please ask your tutors to be at Healy Lawn tomorrow between 12:15 and 12:25 tomorrow to check-in at the DC Schools table with us.

Spring Fling Schedule:

12:00pm: Student groups arrive for set-up

12:15-25pm: Tutors arrive and check-in

12:30pm: Tutees arrive and check in

2:15pm-2:45pm: Lunch (Time may change)

2:45pm: Superfood performs

3:00pm: Everyone meets in front of Healy steps for the group picture

3:15pm: Get tutees ready to leave (to bus at the front gates or to McDonough parking lot to go by van)

Tutors: Lunch will be a combination of GUGS burgers and pizza. We ask all tutors to wait until all children who want to have gotten a burger, and then to get food for themselves.
