So here's the plan for rock climbing...
 
Grey Folders: Each neighborhood/van has their own packet. This includes: 
      1) Van Keys
      2) YELLOW sheet that has directions to Great Falls--both OE and Google Maps
      3) PURPLE permissions slips for tutors to sign so they can go rock climbing--there are 4 in each, make copies if you need to
      4) GREEN wrists bands for each and every tutee you pick up, complete with Prez Laura's phone number! 
      5) Neighborhood Routes--WHICH YOU GET TO DO! 
      6) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: permission slips that are NOT SIGNED by parents. there are a few that have not completely filled out the form--PLEASE get them to complete it when you pick them up!
      7) $5 for parking at great falls (not in the folders yet but will be added tonight)
 
Pick Up: Outdoor Ed is expecting us at Great Falls around 11:30 (a little earlier is fine too), Columbia Heights/LAYC (Laura, Anthony, Carolyn)  vans will leave Georgetown at 10:15, Petworth/Brightwood (Chris, Marisha)--are you guys leaving at 10?
 
We will be climbing/eating lunch there and will head out around 3/3:15 and should drop everyone off by 4/4:15
