We’re excited to share that mentee registration is now open for the second round of Tent’s Refugee Mentorship Program this year! Please encourage the refugees in your network to sign up for the Tent Partnership for Refugees’ free professional mentorship program by October 15 to be matched quickly.

 

How to Encourage Refugees to Sign Up as Mentees

• Participants can fill out the registration form here. 

• Deadline: By October 15 for quick matching, though mentees can sign up year-round for the program.

 

About the Program

• What it is: Refugee mentees are individually paired with a mentor from one of Tent’s 200+ member companies (e.g., Hilton, Pfizer, PayPal) that shares their professional interests.

• Goal: Help mentees advance in their careers and better navigate the U.S. job market.

• Cost: Free for participants.

• Who can join: All forcibly displaced migrants with legal status to work in the U.S. who speak English or Spanish.
