BuildWithin has partnered with the Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Cyber Command will launch the Cyber Assessment, Development, and Readiness Engine (CADRE), a cyber talent assessment platform that evaluates individuals against the Department of Defense's Cyber Workforce Framework and matches them to open opportunities within the Department of Defense.

The platform is open to civilians, transitioning service members, veterans, and current active duty personnel interested in moving into cyber roles. Individuals will be able to connect with DoD recruiters and hiring managers.

The link to share: https://cybertalentforce.com

If you work with people who fit any of these profiles, please pass this information on to them.

  • Adults exploring a career change into cyber
  • Veterans and transitioning service members with technical aptitude
  • Students completing cybersecurity training or certifications
  • Active duty service members looking at conversion to cyber work roles
  • Civilians with adjacent technical experience who want to be evaluated for federal cyber roles

If you would like a short walkthrough of the platform before sharing more broadly, just reply and we will set up 20 minutes. If you have a network or distribution list this would fit, we can also send you a short forward-friendly version of this note that strips the partner context.

Thank you,

Best,
Will
