The Workforce Development Center is seeking an Employment & Training Specialist - Presentation Facilitator (ETS) to join our team. The ETS provides career counseling, case management and placement services to Alexandria City residents. ETS employees facilitate internal and external workforce development related trainings and presentations, ensure data and case notes are entered in a timely manner to satisfy local, State, and Federal requirements, and prepare monthly Work Force Development reports to internal/external auditors, grantors, and the Alexandria/Arlington Regional Workforce Council.
