Arlington County’s Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Therapist III to serve as an Assistant Supervisor within the Behavioral Healthcare Division. This position functions as the Assistant Supervisor for the Recovery Oriented Clinical Case Management (ROCCC) team and provides both supervisory oversight and direct clinical services. The Assistant Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff while maintaining a direct service caseload. The position works collaboratively with multidisciplinary providers, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, therapists, and community and natural supports. Services are delivered in community settings, County facilities, and via telehealth.
