Good afternoon, 

I hope this message finds you well! On behalf of the Workforce Development Center, thank you for your continued partnership and for the important role you played in the success of the 2025 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). Your willingness to host and mentor youth made a meaningful impact on the City of Alexandria community.

I am excited to share that business registration for the 2026 SYEP program is now live!  SYEP continues to be a valuable opportunity for businesses interested in workforce development while benefiting from additional support during the busy summer months. I hope you will consider participating again as a worksite in 2026.

I also encourage you to share this opportunity with colleagues, partner organizations, and community members who may benefit from hosting a SYEP participant.
