The Arlington Employment Center is pleased to offer Cohort #3 of the WorkReady Workshop Series, a structured two-week, in-person program designed to support individuals in strengthening their job search skills and increasing employment readiness.

This workshop series provides participants with practical instruction, guided practice, and individualized support to help them navigate today’s job market with greater confidence and effectiveness.

WorkReady Workshop Series – Cohort 3

Program Overview

• Program Length: Two weeks

• Format: In-person

• Dates: April 27 through May 07

• Time: All sessions are held in-person from 4:15 PM to 6:15 PM

Week 1

• Mon 04/27: Basic Resume Writing
• Tue 04/28: Advanced Resume + AI Tools
• Wed 04/29: Job Descriptions & Keywords
• Thu 04/30: Resume Editing + AI Practice Lab *(optional drop-in lab, as needed)

Week 2

• Mon 05/04: Interview Skills & Preparation
• Tue 05/05: Interview Practice Lab
• Wed 05/06: Job Search Strategies
• Thu 05/07: LinkedIn & Networking *(optional drop-in lab, as needed)

* Thursday sessions are optional and available to participants who would like additional practice, feedback, or individualized assistance.
