It's that time again! Together We Bake (TWB) is actively recruiting future Team Members for our next workforce training and personal development program from September 16 to November 6, 2025 (eight-week session in English). If you know someone looking to gain employment, raise their self-confidence, and develop a supportive network of empowered women, TWB may have the perfect recipe for personal and professional growth! Prospective Team Members are welcome to learn more about our program at our upcoming Open Houses on the following dates: Tuesday, August 19th at 10 am Tuesday, August 26th at 10 am Tuesday, September 2nd at 10 am In-person and virtual options are available for all TWB Open Houses. Please RSVP to me, Lisbeth, with every attendee's name and the Open House they would like to participate in.   Know someone ready to apply? Applications can be filled out online. Once prospective Team Members complete an application, they can schedule an interview here. During the interview process, TWB staff determine whether the woman is a strong candidate for the program. Acceptance to the program will occur on a rolling basis starting the week of September 1st. Strong candidates are: Invested in personal and professional growth Willing and able to work full-time (*Team Members do not have to be interested in the food service industry) Able to commit to the program schedule Compliant with mental health treatment (if applicable) Stable in their recovery (if applicable) Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
