Hi,
My name is Micha and I've lived here in DC for over a year. I've been
studying beekeeping through books for a few years and have been
involved in the sustainable food movement as an activist and
environmentalist for almost a decade. I would love to learn more about
beekeeping firsthand, but don't have a safe place to keep bees myself.
I know there must be people in this city who would love to help
develop beekeeping skills in the next generation - I want to learn,
and am a very hard, patient learner.

I know not much is going on with bees right now, but I'd love to meet
some DC folks who wouldn't mind showing me the ropes and letting me
spend some time with their bees. I love bees, I've been stung, and I'm
excited to get more involved.
Please let me know if you wouldn't mind having a fun young person
tagging along side you every once in a while
