Hi Everyone,
Happy Friday! Rolling in to the weekend is the perfect time to share more information about Fedora Camp, coming to Austria this September!

Call for Presentations is still open!
We want to hear from you. The best way to strengthen community knowledge is through sharing. Even if you don’t think your work is interesting or unique, there is value in discussing it with peers and allowing others to see themselves in your work. So consider submitting an idea to the Fedora Camp program.

New Program Coming Your Way!
  • This year we are excited to build on last year’s program by bringing new hands-on workshops to the event, through a multi-track approach allowing new and returning users to experience something different. All skill levels are welcome.

  • Field Trip! Thanks to the team at Cerabyte Labs, we will be heading out to a guided tour of their facility at the Science Campus of TU Wien. We will spend one morning with Cerabyte Founder and CMO, Martin Kunze, touring their state-of-the-art facility as part of the Fedora Camp program. This guided visit offers a behind-the-scenes look at the technology, its scientific & cultural roots and its potential role in safeguarding digital assets for the very long term.

  • Social Event. For a second year in a row, thanks to a generous donation from the PHAIDRA community, we invite all registered attendees to join us for a social evening event as a way to gather together, building stronger, meaningful connections to fellow Fedora users.

Registration is now open. Early bird pricing is in effect until July 24th.
New this year - all Fedora Members have access to specialized pricing, with no time limit on registering. Find out how you can take advantage of all the benefits of being a Fedora Member here - https://fedorarepository.org/membership/

Space is limited, so don’t miss your chance to join us. Can’t wait to see you in Vienna!

Cheers,
Arran
