I'm working on a car project that uses 2 voltages, 1.5V and 4.5V. If possible, I'd like 1.5V for when the car is on battery only, and 4.5V when the power's on. Aside from buying 12V DC-DC converters or using resistors, any suggestions? How do I make the 4.5V not just connected to the battery?
