Hello CI Friends,
I want to invite you to join me next weekend for a beautiful relational practice that deeply resonates with the explorations of contact improvisation. It's all about deeper self-knowing in relationship - how we are always mutually influencing each other and the magic that can unfold through shared presence.
The next Musicality of Being workshop takes place this coming Saturday November 22, 10am-1pm in Rock Creek Park.
This nature immersion involves walking the trails with several different partners and dialoguing about your present moment experience as you move through the park.
The feeling of ‘musicality’ develops as you sense the rhythmic, melodic and harmonic relationships between your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations as you walk and talk and take in the natural surroundings. This practice clarifies what interconnectivity feels like so you can find clearer ground in a constantly changing world. And it's a great way to make new community connections!
