Public access to records from DC's Attorney General?

Hi everyone, 

I am interested in accessing records of 12-309 Actions against the District but have been unable to locate these online?

The Attorney General's Office is pointing to the open data portal which does not appear to have any of these records. 

Any pointers would be welcome?

Anders,

The current designee for the filing of 12-309 notices is the DC Office of Risk Management.  You'll probably have to submit a FOIA request if you're looking for a listing of 12-309 notice filings.  

What kind of records are you looking for?
