Request for Proposal: Develop a repository of political research

Hi folks, 

I work for Analyst Institute, an organization that works with Democratic and progressive groups to run randomized controlled trials and otherwise use social science to stop Trump. Over the past ten years we've built up a substantial body of research about campaigns and voter mobilization, and we want that information to be shared across all groups on the political left. We’d like to build a web application that allows users to easily store, search, and synthesize experimental research, and we're looking for a firm to take on the challenge.
